I know we have some slow and special people out there so I thought I would kick the chit out of some more brain cells and try to get people to think. Question for women and men, why is it that we expect a partnership or 50/50 at home, but not at work? Why will we leave or not be with someone that will not agree to 50/50, BUT INSIST on working for someone that only pays you 1/100th or less? WTF kind of logic is that?
It makes my brain hurt to trying to figure out why people will leave, break up, divorce someone, etc. all for not doing their fair share, but then go to work like a slave or serf for nothing. Do you see how much money they have? Want to know where it all came from? How many people agree to work for less then 50/50? According to math that would be 95+% of us. MAYBE IF YOU GOT PISSED AND DEMAND 50/50 THEY WOULD NOT WALK ALL OVER YOU. They are you "boss" however and they now how to intimidate, manipulate, con, lie, cheat, and steal from you. If they really cared about you would they pay you so little? If they really cared about you, would they be shipping so many jobs overseas? They will continue to push and take more and more until you stand up for yourself and demand better treatment.
As long as you continue going to work you are supporting them, you are sending them the message that they are "right" and are in "control". If a woman was pissed at her husband would she keep working as a slave or would she say/do something? I bet $ she would not stand for it and would leave. How else would the husband know that he messed up? By still supporting him and doing all his work for him? How does he ever learn? Why do women insist on working for someone that will never agree to pay them 50/50? Why do women insist on men working for people that will never pay them 50/50? Men will do what it takes to get a women (excluding gays). It is whatever women "want" that men will go do/deliver.
When the first two humans banded together for safety reasons and the first society formed it was 50/50 or close to it. Why would the people agree to form a society in the first place? There would have been an Alpha, but even then the other human needs food, water, etc. so unless their needs are being meet or there is some benefit they would have left. In order for society to form and do well it has to be a partnership. You can try the "holding a gun to someone's head" method, but that never works out well in the long run.
It also amazed me to hear my mother say how much she is not a fighter and does not like to fight, when any time my step-father says the wrong thing, or even the right thing the wrong way she gets pissed and bites his head off. SHE FIGHTS and does not even know it. Then talks about how she likes to go with the flow, that her time her is short, and not to worry about things that you cannot change...
I wonder who could vote back when the taxes were dropped from 70% down to 28%? I wonder who could vote when our debt first started to skyrocket? I wonder who was to busy watching sports, TV, working, having a family, etc. to pay attention to our government and the leaders who we trusted to do the right thing? They did not do the right thing, and let the rules be changed allowing people to acquire too much money. If they could not keep it all and be "rewarded" why would they cheat or steal again? Why take that risk if you will be forced to pay it back? Not only my mother was busy, asleep, not paying attention, etc., but an entire nation. What about 50/50 again, why will you get pissed at your partner, but not others? Lack of marbles? Who is to blame for not getting 50/50? Who let them ship our jobs overseas? Who bends over and takes it with a smile on their face? Not I.
It just goes to show how stupid the average person is and why not everyone should get an equal vote imo. People vote against their own self-interests ALL THE TIME. All the rich people tell me I should just give up and use people like they do. But then to compete I am forced to not pay my employees a fair wage since someone will make the exact same product using the cheapest labor they can find in the world. Unless I use the same cheap labor I cannot compete, and would be a hypocrite. Unless I take care of the people my company, nation, system, etc. it will not last very long.
