The possibility should exist that there are creatures or organisms that cannot breed, mate, or reproduce. They would be simple things like a single cell, that would exist for a duration of time, but eventually die off. The only way to make more of them would be the random rearrangement of atoms to reach that exact same or almost same configuration, which is how some believe the first single cell organisms that can reproduce, were created.
Trying to find these non-reproducing organisms would be like finding the proverbial "needle in a haystack". This would also not prove or disprove God in any way since both possibilities are allowed by the background framework/rules we cannot see, but experience. Without the background framework, we could not exist. Just like how a picture, video, game, program, etc. that you see on a screen could not exist without a whole bunch of stuff in the background that you normally do not see, and some that you need a special device to see like electronic test equipment.
